This will mean changing a whole heap of the CSS, and also fixing some long-standing CSS problems eg. #1502, #1613

@palbakulich Thanks for the suggestion. Mobile friendly would be great to have in the future. We're doing some strategic technical planning if you have ideas that you would like to share http://lists.openhatch.org/pipermail/devel/2015-August/003841.html

Mobile is important going forward. I'm tagging this as deferred pending results of the strategic planning.

In case it isn't already known, the top menu is very unreadable on mobile browsers right now:
