Can we get the continuous build URL to default to https://openhie.github.io/ with the intent of doing this https://www.argentixinfo.com/archives/156

probably worth a discussion on trade-offs with hosting at build.fhir.org. One issue I am concerned with is that we will in the future want to curate valuesets and concept maps at the OpenHIE metatdata clearinghouse:
