Per discussion from ohpc-devel list (@adrianreber):

Now that psm2 bits have been upstreamed to the distro's, let's see if it is possible to have a monolithic build for openmpi to support both IB and Omni-Path.

This monolothic binary is working fine for ethernet, IB, and OPA. Just need to update the MPI table (and mention PMIx variant) before closing this out.

docs have been updated to reflect monolithic build and existence of PMIx variant.
