Update of pmix to 2.0.1 and massive cleanup of the spec file. The former version of the spec file was full of conditionals which are not needed for OpenHPC and the file was not very readable. This version is now reduced to the OpenHPC relevant parts. Signed-off-by: Adrian Reber <areber@redhat.com>

The updated Open MPI packages now uses OpenHPC's pmix and the same libevent version (from the OS) as pmix. This commit includes some minor spec cleanups. Signed-off-by: Adrian Reber <areber@redhat.com>

This PR tries to change the Open MPI package to include psm2 just like psm without creating any special packages like it used to do (openmpi-psm2-gnu7-ohpc) -> #475
