This week is a working session. I am closing this issue. @mhdawson and I are working on the issue that these issues are being created on weeks that we have a working session. I recreated one of the recurring working session meetings to see if that fixed the problem, but I left the other one untouched and I suspect this issue is generated from the calendar entry that I did not recreate. I will validate that in two weeks and if this happens again, we will know then that it is an issue with the calendar entry.
