UI: Search in workflow items does not work while redacted item is present

Search within the workflow items does not work when there is a Redacted item present

How to reproduce 🕹

Open project details -> Open subproject details -> Create redacted item if you don't already see one within workflow items -> Try to type something in "Search workflowitems" -> Search is not working
