Description 😯

As we do not want to be too dependent on the infrastructure where TruBudget will be deployed, rate limiting should be implemented in TruBudget for exposed services (i.e. Frontend, API, ...). NGINX (preferred where applicable) provides great documentation about it but also Express Plugins should be available.
