Channel DKPro Core model auto-downloads through a Nexus proxy

For a better access to models, I would suggest that we set up a proxy repository on the OMTD Nexus which proxies all internal and external repositories from which components should be able to download models.

Also, the executor should set the system property dkpro.model.repository.url to point to this proxy repository.
