The location of the wrapper is saved in WorkflowEngineComponent.

https://github.com/openminted/omtd-registry/blob/develop/src/main/java/eu/openminted/registry/service/WorkflowEngineComponentRegistryGalaxyImpl.java

You can keep it and delete the wrapper file when component is deleted from OMTD Registry.

This is not happening right now and Galaxy is filled with wrappers ...
