Actually this is a feature request not a bug report but as I haven't seen
any place to enter one, I use this form.

As the source is drifting towards the open-source world I think it is high
time to give ideas to those who have enough energy to add new features to
this anyway wonderful product.

I use PHD guiding as a stand-alone guider (because my Canon 300D is not
supported by other - higher level - components) and it would be nice if the
program would solve the dithering between exposures. What I think of is a
simple button which would start the dither with any random number (max
value could be customizable via the "brain" dialog) with a nice standard
deviation around the original starting point.

Please consider something like this in the future and please inform me
about your decision.

Given all the changes for phd2, I'm marking all PHD1 unowned bugs as "WontFix". 
If somebody objects, I can undo it.
