Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I can't search for promises that contain particular keywords.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to search promises. An input that takes in search query, then promises containing that query are listed.

Additional context
We need a dedicated search engine for this, we can't just use Firestore.

Amazon Cloudsearch too expensive.
Algolia seems doable,
for 1 USD/month we get 1,000 searches + 1,000 record updates
