  • contain all the appropriate sections
  • icao properties match the key of the entry within the collection
  • contain at least two fixes for all possible exitPoint/runway combinations (this relates to spawnPatterns and being able to determine an initial heading for a spawning aircraft)
  • instructions are valid
  • restrictions are valid
  • all fixes in procedure are defined
