Bug 1999425: MaxUnhealthy should not be a string type #909

This field is an int or string and as such should not specify the type to be a string, this can cause errors in the CRD conversion when upgrading as we have changed the underlying type. Removing type: string should resolve these upgrade errors.

@JoelSpeed: This pull request references Bugzilla bug 1999425, which is invalid:

  • expected the bug to target the "4.10.0" release, but it targets "4.9.0" instead

Comment /bugzilla refresh to re-evaluate validity if changes to the Bugzilla bug are made, or edit the title of this pull request to link to a different bug.
