please note that Technology Preview is capitalized, but generally available is not.
is that intentional?

Good point! I should double check this, but we use "generally available" more often in the docs than "Generally Available," while we always capitalize Technology Preview. Making a note to look into this but will merge this PR now in the interest of time.
