Follow-up to #62

  • options.go was using incorrect klog version
  • bumped client-go to v0.19.2 to remove klog v1 from dependencies
  • moved reaper from openshift/origin to this repository as it was deleted in origin. This was needed to fully satisfy klog v1 to v2 migration
