- Removes the requestsToUsers map
- Adds a requestToContexts map
- Adds an outer filter to ensure all requests have contexts
- Populates the user in the associated context in the auth layer
- Makes /users/~ use the user in the context in the rest layer

UI was the only thing using /users/~, and the old method of rewriting the request url no longer worked after the rebase |
