Skip must-gather tests when running on Hypershift #26648

Must gather creates a pod with a master role pod selector, but Hypershift doesn't have master nodes. Additionally, a bunch of controlplane components that the test expects to find in the must-gather output run in the management cluster, so wont be there. to unblock you, but I'd suggest creating a helper function similar to one of these: https://github.com/openshift/origin/blob/master/vendor/k8s.io/kubernetes/test/e2e/framework/skipper/skipper.go and then add something like:
g.BeforeEach(func() {
skipper.SkipIfExternalTopology()
})
this will be helpful for all the places rather than copy&paste-ing the same code which I found in quite a few places, already.
