IR transmitting requires repeated attempts to work (BK7231N)

Describe the bug
Hi, I was able to send IR using the mqtt publish call service

But using the commands in console, seems like only 1 out 4-5 attempts the IR signal is sent, compared to the mqtt call service that successfully send the IR signal each time.

IRSend RC6-0-10-0

Firmware:

• Version [e.g. 1.15.404]
• Device - IR remote
• Chip/model: BK7231TN
• Device config?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to console
2. Send IRsend command several times
3. On the IR device (TV), the ir signal only gets picked up once.
