Just a note as this site is referenced in this repo but https://www.osscons.jp is an empty server instance, saying

The fact that you are seeing this page indicates that the website you just visited is either experiencing problems or is undergoing routine maintenance.

Wow, no "access forbidden" any more but the page just doesn't answer at all - timeout.
You may want to replace the README mentions of it by GH URLs then (maybe together with merging #21).
