I started showing interest in Yomi in 2019, now I looked how far the project has gone but it looks completely dead. What was happening with this project?

Hi @smox.

The project is currently not in active development, but still not archived. I personally moved into other projects, but if there is still interest in it we will for sure continue extending it.

There are some considerations. Seems that Salt is not gaining momentum and Ansible is still in the dominant position. One possibility to extend Yomi is then to formulate it into Ansible playbooks, for example.

Lets see : )

Thank you for your fast response!

To be honest, I have not tried it because I've only seen a Tumbleweed Image.

I was waiting the hole time for a leap Image.

Currently, I try different approaches for automatic deployment and installation of virtual machines in Uyuni and Yomi seems to be a good alternativ to AutoYaST.
