Describe how to reproduce the problem
zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/filesystems/15.5/filesystems.repo
zypper refresh
zypper install zfs
modprobe zfs
zfs list
/zpool list
/etc..systemctl stop zed
module modprobe -r zfs
dmesg -H
This is the easiest/quickest way to reproduce but it'll eventually happen if you just have the system running long enough.
Include any warning/errors/backtraces from the system logs
dmesg.log
The full debug message is too long so I've added it as a attachment.
Logs are from a vm occurs on physical hardware as well.
