Vars specified need to be included in both the web and worker deployments

Hi @lectrician1 , SMTP configuration is provided through values.environment. We have no plans to offer direct values for it at this time.

See https://www.openproject.org/docs/installation-and-operations/configuration/outbound-emails/#smtp-options for more information on how to set them.
