2 bugs in FormMain BoolNameToValue #2

The routine BoolNameToValue() has 2 incorrect strings:

"Robo Teled" should be "Robo Tele"
"Watchdog" returns the value for Brownout

You also should probably throw an exception if the string is not know. Otherwise, you never know that you typed an incorrect column name.
