Unable to view the volumes in a project

My storage request has been approved but I'm still unable to view the volumes in the project.

The storage request is just about the files. Next, you have to create the actual volume in one of your projects. During volume creation, you can select the files that you have uploaded with the storage request. Please let me know if you need more assistance.
