Backup/Restore option from within GUI

Backing up/restoring anything related to Chatwoot is currently a huge pain point.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be incredibly helpful if there was an easy method via the graphical interface such that I could go into Settings > Backup/Restore, and have at least two options:

• Backup: Allow the user to download one big backup file that contains all Chatwoot settings and database file. (Like into a .zip file or similar)
• Restore: Allow the user to upload this same backup file which would restore all of the settings, conversations, contacts etc. from this file.
