I would like to ask you to prepare a statement in the documentation on the timing of sending notification emails to the recipient.
Which fields in the backoffice are involved in the logic.
How the status of the report is linked to notifications.
If custom report statuses are linked to notifications, for example, do they have a way to stop notifications?
