Firmware version 0.8 available

Today the new firmware version https://github.com/pico-cs/firmware/releases/tag/v0.8.0 is available.

Incompatible changes to the protocol:

• command cl (led) replaced by main track config variable
• command ct (pico temperature) replaced by command t
• command mtcv (main track config variables) replaced by command cv
• command s (store CV to flash) added

Additional features:

• configuration variable values can be stored to pico flash memory
