Currently our Chrome Extension only enhances issues if there is a pledge, commit or PR to show.
We should also showcase whether the issue has been badged or not + ability to easily badge it directly from GitHub issues using the Chrome Extension. It also has the added benefit of being a confirmation that Polar is working upon initial installation in cases where there are no pledges, commits or PRs yet.
