Site showing as down after very long period of downtime, but now working

We have a site being monitored on Upptime which, when we first added it, was requiring authentication so showed as down for about 6 weeks while the 3rd party devs got round to adding a path that didn't require auth for the uptime check - since that page has been in place (and updated in the upptime config) the incident shows as resolved but the site history page and link from the index are still showing as red/down - any ideas on how to update that? Happy to share URLs privately but as this is work for a client I can't publicly post them here.
