There's one minor issue in the way of successfully building yeti and runtime however -- dependencies. How should I tell Ryb that I want to link to luajit_debug_windows_32.lib when I'm building yeti_debug_windows_32.lib, i.e. match based on the triplet?
This has been solved via user specified "manglers". It seems like a bit of hack, but it seems like it would make more sense to have the user specify manglers for products as well... Ryb could even provide a Ryb::Mangler helper that exposes premake like functionality.
This, obviously, requires me to get Ryb to a mature enough state.
