Export to excel: numbers stored as text

When I export a saiku result set to excel, the numeric values in the .xls file are somehow stored incorrectly; excel says they are "number stored as text" and if I try to, say, do a sum(range) in excel, the answer is "zero".

Example excel export (with malfunctioning range sum) is attached.

You should try a snapshot of Saiku 2.2 available on http://ci.analytical-labs.com/view/Saiku/job/saiku-plugin/

With this commit e49d4ea from October 25th, it fixed this issue for me on the CSV export used together with Libreoffice (I don't have Excel on my PC, so I can't test the Excel export).
