Add VMD to list of OSC's interactive apps

The table should be updated similar to how https://github.com/OSC/Open-OnDemand/issues/42 updated the similar table in the README so VMD is listed.

Follow GitHub Flow off of develop branch for this. We actually use Gitflow (mostly) which is where you use the GitHub Flow on the develop branch for developing, but when we go to create a new release thats when we create release branches and eventually merge releases to the master branch. But Jeremy or I will take care of the updating the release and master branches when the time is appropriate.
