Remote Service Admin Service Specification 1.1

This specification defines an API for the distribution provider and discovery of services in a network. A management agent can use this API to provide an actual distribution policy. This management agent, called the Topology Manager, can control the export and import of services delegating the intrinsic knowledge of the low level details of communication protocols, proxying of services, and discovering services in the network to services defined in this specification.
