[UX] Liquidity depth at +/-2% for all CL pools

Potentially more increments if possible, but +/-2% is fine to start. Ultimately, users should be able to hover over the depth charts and see how much liquidity is between this range. Will also appear on the table view on the pools page.

We need to show that mount of liquidity 2+ and 2- % from the current ticker price.
