I can’t reproduce that.
I tried downloading once more and it worked.

Can you download other add-ons? (Maybe one not by me.)
As far as i see that looks more like a problem with Anki than with my add-on to me.

YES you are correct!
I have tried to install random add-ons with the same result / error message.
