undefined bladerf_channel #23

HI, All
I was trying to run bladegps on a Bladerf micro xA4. But bladegps.c complains about bladerf_channel is undefined.

The code line is: bladerf_channel tx_channel = BLADERF_CHANNEL_TX(0);

Any help would be appreciated.
