  • adds some cmake target installation commands

  • steps to run simple proto_fleet_adapter example

ros2 run rmf_traffic_ros2 rmf_traffic_schedule

ros2 run rmf_traffic_ros2 proto_fleet_adapter -g <rmfctl_workspace>/src/maps/cgh/worlds/chart/chart_nav_4.yaml -f proto_fleet
