Describe the bug
404 error when sc-web starts. It is not crushing the system but spamming 404

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to sc-web/scripts
Run ./run_scweb.sh
See error

Expected behavior
No errors in console when sc-web is running
