How to check for failed tests with test runner?

In jest I can do something like this to check if any test failed.

// Check if any test failed after running all tests
afterAll(() => {
  const { numFailedTests } = jest
    .getState()
    .testResults;
  if (numFailedTests > 0) {
    console.error('Some tests failed!');
  } else {
    console.log('All tests passed!');
  }
});

Looks like there is no getState on the jest object exported by bun.
How do do it with bun then?
