Bun v1.1.12

This release fixes a regression briefly introduced in bun upgrade on Windows that occurred in Bun v1.1.11. There are no release notes, please take a look at the Bun v1.1.11 release notes instead.

To install Bun v1.1.12:

curl -fsSL https://bun.sh/install | bash
# or you can use npm
# npm install -g bun

Windows:

powershell -c "irm bun.sh/install.ps1|iex"

To upgrade to Bun v1.1.12:

bun upgrade

Hey, I can't use the command bun upgrade in Windows. I always have to use the PowerShell command to reinstall it.
