Directories are all over the place
Parsing SQF string to Python objects
Generating SQF strings from Python objects (Python objects -> SQF generation #24)
Change the case of Pythia so it is consistent everywhere: in code, directories, etc... Otherwise if we port this to linux one day, we're going to have a bad time
Portable python distribution (Create a self-contained python distribution with Pythia #25)

From now on:

Pythia name and mod directory (@Pythia) is capitalized.
Python module (pythia) is not capitalized.
