Backing up, and restoring from backup

The readme got me started, but left me with a couple of questions:
How do I backup all my sharelatex projects?
If something goes wrong, how do I restore from backup?

Your data is stored in mongodb, redis and where ever you set to save you image files. These 3 need backing up however you see fit.
