偏好设置支持是否记忆 “置项窗口“ 和 “窗口大小” 状态 #5

目前 “置项窗口“ 和 “窗口大小” 在更改后不会记忆状态。希望可以添加偏好设置进行控制，重新打开软件时能够恢复上一次的状态。

这里的状态可能不限于 “置项窗口“ 和 “窗口大小” 两个。
“窗口大小” 应考虑受屏幕分辨率本身的影响
