Visible videos for subscribed members

The channel has videos that members can only watch after subscribing. If you want to archive these videos, you need to log in first or provide a cookie to the program.

Request to add support for member subscribed videos.

Because this hits at the core of archiving this is quite an important issue. I'll see if I can get it addressed, but it won't be from me for a while because #105 is top priority until late March
