On Win10 using CMD:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>py -m yark view Starting viewer.. Serving Flask app 'yark.viewer' Debug mode: off Loading * channel.. Loading hmm channel.. Loading [channelname] channel..

I am unable to issue any further commands until I exit and reopen a terminal window.
Is this by design? Is this a Windows cmd thing? Thank you. Pardon any ignorance.

Yep this is intended by design, #83 in a few months might change the way you use Yark but for now view will do this
