Add Global Carbon Project Land-use chance Co2 emissions

Could you please add the land-use change co2 emissions through 2020 to the owid-co2-data.csv file?
This OWID page has them in the green line of the plot:
https://ourworldindata.org/co2-emissions

However, I am unable to find this data. Would be ideal to have a new column added to this file. thank you very much.

Hi @cortinah. Thanks for reporting this.

In our main owid-co2-data.csv file we stick to CO2 emissions from fossil fuels only, from the Global Carbon Project. This is for two reasons:

• Land use change data from GCP is only available at the global level
• It comes with large uncertainties – much larger than the uncertainties from fossil fuels

While we don't have it in our main owid-co2-data.csv file, you can still download the data from the chart using the 'Download' tab at the bottom.

Thank you very much for the explanation. Could you then please add a separate .csv file with this data in the same repository? It is much easier to access and track on github than downloading from the OWID webpage. thanks again.
