Expected behaviour

Back button is enabled/disabled without apparently no criteria

Actual behaviour

This was added intentionally as a workaround in c91de09 . Makes sense to revisit and fix.

I've done some quick tests and going back from that page is definitely still broken. For example: Changing the username/pw to a different one doesn't update the size contained in "Sync everything from server" or the entries in the "Choose what to sync" dialog.
