File sharing via public link does not work for individual files

When sharing a file via the public link feature, it's not possible to download its content.

The following error is raised: {"app":"PHP","message":"fopen(\/var\/www\/XXX\/files\/test\/m): failed to open stream: No such file or directory at \/var\/www\/XXX\/lib\/files\/storage\/local.php#143","level":2,"time":1363084989}

ownCloud tries to locate the file using the first character of the file_target.

Just tried it, the fix from @otetard solves the issue
