[oC-Web] files default action in right sidebar of trashbin

Steps to reproduce:

1. upload an image or create a text file
2. delete the file
3. go to Deleted files
4. open right sidebar for the deleted file (click on row or on three dots button)

Expected result:

The Actions accordion item in the right sidebar only contains the Restore and Delete actions.

Actual result:

The Actions accordion item in the right sidebar only contains the Restore and Delete actions and the default action of the file extension (Open in Markdown-Editor for text files, Open in Mediaviewer for images).
