Do we need a command interface via dial-up line (CSD)? We have MQTT and SMS!

As far as I'm concerned this can be removed; I don't see a use-case for it, but maybe @Choralthings can explain to us what the intention/use-case for CSD is.

We use CSD for compliance with old localizer protocol.
I think in your case it is not necessary.
